Josh Blasko – Construction Lead

As co-owner of Rust Belt, Josh leads the construction and custom cabinetry side of the business, managing the day-to-day operations that keep each project running smoothly. He’s the one coordinating the moving parts, solving problems before they become issues, and making sure your project feels organized not overwhelming.

That said, Josh doesn’t stay behind the scenes for long. You’ll hear from him throughout the process, checking in, keeping things on track, and making sure everything is moving the way it should. He’s approachable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about how the project is going for you.

With over 30 years of experience in construction, finish carpentry, and custom millwork, Josh brings a high level of craftsmanship and precision to every job. Whether he’s overseeing the build or jumping in on detailed cabinetry work, he takes pride in making sure everything is done right.

And when your kitchen is out of commission? Don’t be surprised if he shows up with pizza he’s been known to take care of clients in more ways than one.

Dusty leads the design vision at Rust Belt, bringing a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every project. Her work is rooted in understanding how people live in and interact with their spaces resulting in interiors that are both functional and visually refined.

She believes that well-designed spaces have a meaningful impact on everyday life, and approaches each project with creativity, intention, and attention to detail. From full renovations to custom cabinetry and interior styling, Dusty ensures every space feels cohesive and tailored to the homeowner.

Outside of her work, she’s a wife and mother of five, drawing inspiration from everyday life to create spaces that are both beautiful and livable. She’s known for her love of layered textures, collected pieces, and a house that always has one more basket than necessary.
