All our design projects are custom, and we operate on an hourly rate structure. You will receive a quote for the detailed scope of work, and an estimated amount of hours needed to complete your custom design created by our team, just for you.

No. We love our model of having a small, personal crew to handle the day to day construction of your project. This makes us a boutique construction company, one that feels personal and comfortable in your home. We do have a few select industry professionals that we have vetted and worked with for some of the trades that are specialized.

We offer a complimentary verbal estimate right over the phone for your convenience. Our years of experience allow us to get this accurate just by talking with you. If that initial range is within your expected budget, then we will move on in our process with a full design and build team consultation. The cots and fees will be discussd during out initial Video Consultation

Designing and building a space that you love takes time. This is an investment in your future. It's not something to rush, although we do try hard to get you your dream-come-true home as soon as possible!

Our process for design typically takes a few months. The length of construction depends on the scope of work that we will be doing for you.

Ok no one ever asks this...but just in case you were wondering, no we are not typically the cheapest designer or contractor. We have found that in choosing your designer and contractor, the decision is best made based on multiple factors. Things like trust, reputation, skill and the type of experience you would like should place very high on your list. Providing an exceptional experience is at our core; if that sounds like something you'd prefer we'd love to be your design and build team.
