DESIGN + BUILD
Hire us to do it all … We encourage you to take advantage of our full range of design and construction services and hire us to take you through the entire remodeling process from start to finish. CONSTRUCTION + PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Some clients come to us with plans looking for our General Contracting services. We are happy to work with your architect or designer to build and manage your project.
Remodeling requires unique construction and problem solving skill. It is not always straight forward. OUR HOUSE has many years of experience remodeling, repairing, and rebuilding homes that present structural and financial challenges. Helping our clients to make good decisions is very important to us. We have a trusted network of skilled and talented subcontractors and craftsmen with whom we have worked for many years. We stand behind the work we do.
Our project managers use online software to keep you linked in to the day to day activity. Project Management involves the following:

Scheduling and coordination of trades (plumbers, electricians, etc.)

HANDYMAN SERVICES
We're excited to officially launch our newest department … After opening up our schedule a couple weeks back to simple small 'handyman' type jobs, we discovered a large need to have a professional and trusted source for the smaller house repairs that inevitably come up.
We've also found that while our design client list is very full, it's helpful for us to have small construction projects to fill in around our large scale projects. So, we're launching an Hourly Construction Service department. Our crew is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable and scheduling them to come handle your small jobs is simple.
